- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, email, and display advertising.
- Client Management:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and expectations.
- Provide regular updates, present campaign performance, and discuss optimizations with clients.
- Address client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Content Creation & Management:
- Work with the content team to create engaging digital content tailored to client needs.
- Optimize content for SEO to drive organic traffic and achieve client KPIs.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, providing insights for client review.
- Prepare and present detailed monthly performance reports to clients.
- Social Media & Email Marketing:
- Develop and implement social media and email strategies that meet client engagement goals.
- Track social media trends and email metrics to optimize client campaigns.
- Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work with internal teams to ensure consistent brand and messaging across digital platforms.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and best practices to continually improve strategies for clients.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role, including client interaction.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Strong client relationship and communication skills.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
- Analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
