Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) with at least one year of experience in the packaging industry. The CSR will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing orders, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support throughout the order fulfillment process. This role requires a strong understanding of packaging products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage customer relationships in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, addressing any questions or concerns related to packaging products, orders, and services.
- Order Management: Process customer orders accurately, ensuring the correct packaging products are selected, and monitor order progress from placement through delivery. Provide order updates as needed.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of packaging materials, products, and services offered by the company, including custom packaging solutions, to assist customers with product selection and technical inquiries.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints, product issues, or order discrepancies in a timely and professional manner. Work with internal teams (such as Sales, Production, or Shipping) to find effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer retention and satisfaction. Follow up on orders and after-sales service to ensure customer needs are met.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate customer records, order details, and communication logs in the CRM system. Provide regular reports to the Customer Service Manager on order status, customer feedback, and issues.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, production, and logistics to ensure customer needs are communicated and met. Provide feedback on customer preferences and packaging trends to help improve product offerings.
- Product Recommendations: Upsell or cross-sell relevant packaging products and services where appropriate, helping customers find the most effective solutions for their needs.
- Compliance: Ensure all interactions comply with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements related to packaging materials.
Requirements
- Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the packaging industry or related field.
- Having Good English Communication Skills
