Job Responsibilities:
- Rural project day-to-day operations
- Secondary sales monitoring in SnD BI
- Sharing sales and other relevant data at HO
- Sales Analysis & Trackers from SnD BI for RSR's/AMs & ZM
- Multiple additional tasks assigned by ZM/AM Rural/ ZOM
- Vehicle expenses entry in the FMS system
- Following up with RSR's for target achievements
- AM's & RSR's Incentive preparation
- Preparation of sales meeting presentation
- Record keeping of Rural sales vehicles documentation
- Sales commission & debit note working for audit
- Salary working preparation for People HR
- Coordinate with SnD HODs for any issues
- RSR's target splitting by brand by SKU

Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum Bachelors from a HEC recognized university
- 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred FMCG.
