This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads across all platforms. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy: Create a robust social media marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals to enhance engagement, brand awareness, and conversions. · Manage Social Media Campaigns: Oversee paid and organic campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat and other relevant networks. · Meta Ads Expertise: Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns, ensuring a high return on ad spend (ROAS). · Performance Analysis: Monitor key metrics such as impressions, clicks, and conversions. Provide reports with actionable insights to adjust strategies in real time. · Content Strategy and Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling visuals, videos, and copy that resonate with the target audience and align with campaign goals. · Offline Social Media Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to promote the brand through offline channels such as events, partnerships, and community-building efforts that complement online marketing. · Social Media Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices. Recommend strategies to keep the brand ahead of the curve. · Engagement Management: Respond to customer inquiries and comments across social media platforms promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive brand image. · Collaborate with Other Teams: Work closely with SEO, design, and content teams to create integrated digital marketing efforts.Job description
Qualifications and Skills: · Meta Ads expertise is a must, with experience in creating high-performing paid campaigns. Strong knowledge of both online and offline marketing techniques. · 1-4 Years experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar role. Deep understanding of social media paid and organic strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc. · Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (Facebook Insights, and FB Pixel etc.). · Excellent communication, copywriting, and project management skills. · Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to improve campaigns. · Creative and strategic mindset with an eye for detail. · Preferred Qualifications: · Experience in influencer marketing. · Familiarity with SEO and website traffic metrics. · Graphic design skills are a plus. · Certifications in social Media marketing or Digital marketing are an advantage.
