Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Administrator with a minimum of 3 years of experience to support our administrative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing essential administrative support, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of office activities. This role requires a strong ability to multitask, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining efficiency across various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate and reorder as necessary.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, mail).
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external use.
  • Assist with document filing, archiving, and retrieval of important documents.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including calendar management and task coordination.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business-related documents as required.

Requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.

Education:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
