Description

Urgent Hiring Telesales Executive for (UK-Outbound) Campaign (Lahore Based Job)

Job Responsibilities:

Ask engaging questions to customers to keep conversations going
Make outbound sales calls to clients in the UK and Australia to sell services on daily basis
Listen to the customer’s needs and inform them of relevant services
Create lasting relationships with customers and use them to generate repeat sales Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize revenue
Maintain the customer’s data in Excel sheet and share it with the General Manager on daily basis
Answer customer questions regarding offer services Meet sales targets as per assigned by the management
Share progress reports with the General Manager daily Skills Required: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Persuasion and negotiation abilities. Fluency in English languages (UK Accent will be a plus)
Strong organizational and time-management skills. Resilience and the ability to handle rejection.
