Job Timings: 6:00PM to 3:00AM
Working Days: 5 days in a week
Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, promoting our cost estimation services, and building strong relationships to expand our presence in the US market. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and experience in outbound sales.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our cost estimation services.
- Identify customer needs, address inquiries, and provide solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Schedule meetings or follow-ups with prospective clients to close sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Stay updated on the company’s services, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences, challenges, and market dynamics to the sales manager.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound sales, preferably in the US market.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and outbound sales tools.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and goal-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of cost estimation services or related industries (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with clients in construction, engineering, or architectural industries.
- Understanding of the US market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Previous experience in lead generation or cold calling.
