We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Social Media Manager to oversee and manage the online presence of our company within the Printing and Packaging Industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both social media trends and the unique marketing needs of the printing and packaging sector. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing effective social media strategies, building our brand presence, and engaging with potential clients, partners, and the wider audience.

- Content creation and curation: Produce engaging content (posts, videos, graphics, blogs) tailored to the printing and packaging industry, showcasing products, services, and industry knowledge.
- Brand awareness and engagement: Increase brand visibility on various platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) by engaging with customers, responding to inquiries, and managing online interactions.
- Industry-specific knowledge: Share industry-related updates, trends, and innovations in printing and packaging that resonate with the target audience.
- Community management: Actively monitor and manage social media platforms, fostering positive interactions and managing any negative feedback professionally.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance through analytics tools, providing insights and data-driven recommendations to improve campaigns and audience engagement.
- Collaboration with internal teams: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and design teams to create content that highlights the company’s products, services, and case studies in the printing and packaging sector.
- Stay updated with industry trends: Keep up with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and tools while understanding the unique needs and challenges of the printing and packaging industry.
- Paid social media campaigns: Manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to promote services, offers, and new product launches within the industry.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably within the Printing and Packaging Industry or a related field.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
