Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Accounts Executive to manage our financial transactions, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and excellent analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Analyse financial data and provide insights to management for informed decision-making
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations
- Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and ensure timely submission of tax returns
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering company
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, laws, and regulations
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
