Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the organization. As an Administrator, you will handle a variety of office tasks, manage records, and assist in communication within the company. Your role is critical in helping the organization run efficiently and supporting both internal teams and external clients.

Responsibilities

Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring the environment is organized and efficient.


Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries from employees, clients, or external stakeholders.


Documentation & Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records, files, and databases for various departments.


Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, set up meetings, and coordinate appointments or travel arrangements.


Financial Support: Assist with basic financial tasks such as invoicing, processing expense reports, and tracking office supplies.


Data Entry: Input and update data in various systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.


Support to Teams: Provide general administrative support to staff members, including creating reports, preparing presentations, or handling correspondence.


Procurement: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure the office is well-stocked.


Compliance & Policies: Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to, and assist in maintaining office compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements

Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.


Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).


Excellent organizational and time management abilities.


Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.


Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
