Position: Avatar CSR

Reports to: Team Lead

Job Summary:

As an Avatar Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will act as the voice of the company, ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate communication and prompt problem resolution. Using pre-defined scripts and tools, you will engage with customers in real-time, providing professional and efficient support while maintaining the company’s quality standards.

Responsibilities

Assist customers and give then the knowledge about product.

Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department.

Log customer interactions, complaints, and feedback in the CRM system accurately.

Adhere to company policies, procedures.

Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality standards.

Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflows.

Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new policies and product knowledge.


Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven customer service experience. Freshers can also apply.

Good verbal skills.

Strong listening skills.

Ability to use CRM tools and multitask effectively.

Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.

Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
