Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive client growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and recruitment agencies
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business targets
  • Present and demonstrate the platform's features and benefits to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close service agreements
  • Monitor job fulfillment metrics and ensure client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the product team to suggest platform improvements based on client feedback
  • Create regular reports on sales activities, pipeline management, and revenue forecasts
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in business development and recruitment in a recruitment agency.
  • Proven track record of client acquisition and relationship management
  • Experience with recruitment processes and understanding of hiring workflows
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and SaaS platforms
