Position: Call Center Agent (Voice Agent)

Location: Opposite Stars Academy Lahore, 6th Road, Rawalpindi

Salary: 40,000 + 3000/- Punctuality (100 Rupees Per Lead)

Shifts: Only Day Shift Is Available

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls

Provide exceptional customer support and problem-solving

Maintain accurate records of interactions

Work as part of a fun and dynamic team

Requirements

Fluent in English Language

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

Customer service experience (a plus, but not required)

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
