Responsibilities

Requirements

To work in an outbound call center, you typically need excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, strong listening abilities, the ability to handle rejection, basic computer skills, and experience with CRM systems, along with a high school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service or call center experience is often preferred.
