Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in Lahore. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for:

Make Outbound calls to the UK clients.
Customize conversations based on Individual client needs.
Achieve Sales Targets
Keep accurate and detailed record of customer interactions.
Work closely with cross-functional team members to reach sales goals, improve customer satisifaction and foster business growth.

Requirements

Bachelors in relevant field
Strong communication skills
Previous experience in a call center or relevant role is a plus.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Must be able to work according to UK time zone (1pm-10pm)
