About the role:
We are looking for individuals to join us as live chat operators across all our digital sites and platforms.
It's not a marketing job. Focused on Inbound messages, timings 5 PM to 2 AM
JOB Description:
● Responding to customer operational inquiries via Live chat in a timely and efficient
manner.
● Keeping up to date with company policies, procedures, and products to effectively
answer customer questions.
● Providing feedback to the management team on areas for improvement in the customer
support process.
● Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by demonstrating empathy, patience,
and a positive attitude.
● Providing customers with product and service information as needed.
● Escalating complex issues to higher authorities or departments as necessary.
● Overall, as a chat support executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the
satisfaction of the customers and maintaining the reputation of the company.
Skills:
● You have excellent written communication skills along with typing speed.
● You are an energetic and proactive individual that can work well in teams.
● Experience in customer service, preferably in a chat support role
● Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer queries simultaneously
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
General Screening:
· Type of company E-Commerce, digital services, digital product management, technology or
digital marketing.
· Work Experience: 1+years Language: English Mandatory, Arabic (bonus)
· Bachelor degree
