Description

ARGONTEQ is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cold Caller for IT Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring potential clients from international markets, including the US, Europe, and Australia. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to work independently to achieve business targets.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls to international clients to generate new business leads
  • Identify and engage with potential clients in the IT industry
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and customized solutions to prospects
  • Perform market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (BBA/MBA preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Sales and Cold Calling.
  • Cold Calling Expertise: Demonstrated success in lead generation and cold calling for software services in international markets (US, Europe, Australia)
  • Sales & Negotiation: Proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals independently
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with IT products, software services, and tech solutions
  • Personal Traits: Self-motivated, target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
