Key Responsibilities: Handle document management including preparation, organization, and storage Coordinate with UAE-based companies and international clients Schedule and manage corporate meetings, appointments, and follow-ups Oversee social media accounts and manage online communication Prepare correspondence and official communication using MS Office and Excel Support internal teams with day-to-day administrative coordination. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in BBA, MBA, or LLB Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Expertise in social media management and online platforms. Key Skills: Fluent in English (Reading, Writing, Speaking) Highly organized with attention to detail Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities Tech-savvy with the ability to manage digital tools and communication.
