​A Customer Service Representative (CSR) Dispatcher serves as the primary liaison between customers and service teams, ensuring efficient operations.Their responsibilities include answering incoming calls, addressing inquiries, scheduling and dispatching services, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Answering incoming calls, addressing inquiries, and providing information about services. ​

Scheduling and Dispatching: Coordinating and dispatching drivers, work crews, vehicles, or equipment to appropriate locations based on schedules and customer requests.

Communication Coordination: Relaying information between customers, field personnel, and supervisors to ensure seamless operations. ​

Documentation: Maintaining records of customer interactions, services performed, charges, and other essential information. ​

Problem-Solving: Addressing customer complaints or issues by coordinating with relevant departments to find timely resolutions.

Requirements

Communication Skills: Effectively conveying information to customers and team members. ​
