Responsibilities

*Key Responsibilities:*  


- Handle order confirmation calls to customers, ensuring all details are accurate.

- Address customer queries and provide timely and effective resolutions.

- Manage and resolve parcel delivery issues by coordinating with courier companies.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up where necessary.

Requirements

*Qualifications & Skills:*  


- Minimum education: *Intermediate (FA/FSc)*.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues with a positive attitude.

- Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
