Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves assisting guests, tenants, and property owners by addressing inquiries, managing bookings, handling complaints, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for hospitality and real estate services.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests, tenants, and clients professionally.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, payments, and issues.
- Assist in property tours, lease agreements, and real estate-related tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or real estate preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
