Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves assisting guests, tenants, and property owners by addressing inquiries, managing bookings, handling complaints, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for hospitality and real estate services.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests, tenants, and clients professionally.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, payments, and issues.
  • Assist in property tours, lease agreements, and real estate-related tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or real estate preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
