Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Female Customer Service Representatives to join our call center team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from clients, providing information about our services, resolving inquiries and concerns, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Provide accurate information about our services, promotions, and clinic locations
  • Assist clients with scheduling appointments and managing their accounts
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of service
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues
  • Meet and exceed performance targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity



Requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using computer software and applications
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent
