Responsibilities
Maintain Customer Records: Accurately update customer accounts, document interactions, and keep detailed records of customer concerns. Provide Product and Service Information: Educate customers on features, usage, and benefits of products or services offered. Follow Up with Customers: Ensure problems have been resolved and customers are satisfied with the solution provid ed.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required) Associate’s or bachelor’s degree (preferred for some roles) Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role Experience with CRM systems or customer support tools is a plus Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Active listening and clear articulation
