Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing support and assistance to customers before, during, and after purchases or interactions with a company. The goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution Assist with orders, refunds, account issues, or product-related questions Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times Keep records of customer interactions and transactions Communicate and coordinate with internal teams Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Patience and empathy when dealing with frustrated customers Problem-solving and multitasking abilities Basic computer skills (CRM tools, spreadsheets, email, etc.) Prior experience in customer service (preferred, but not always required) Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in remote settings
