- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Deal with our international on-call and emails
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements
- Fluent in English: Excellent communication skills are a must
- Inbound Call Handling: Proficient in managing inbound calls effectively
- Multitasking Pro: Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently
