Requirements: • Graduated; higher education preferred. • Proven customer service experience, • Excellent written communication skills with a professional and friendly tone. • Ability to multitask and manage several conversations at once. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet. • Basic technical skills (experience with chat support platforms a plus). • Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused attitude. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
