Experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years HR Experience.

Skills

  • Proven experience as a Headhunter, Recruiter or similar
  • Advanced knowledge of sourcing platforms (Upwork, Linkedin etc)
  • Familiarity with HR databases and tools (Bamboo HR, others)
  • Proficiency with required Microsoft tools (powerpoint, word, excel, etc.)
  • Proficiency with required Web Conferencing & online collaboration tools
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent time management skills

Drafting, maintaining, updating & issuing, 

  • Contracts
  • Office Memos

Responsibilities

  • Communicating with potential job candidates.
  • Contacting candidate references and verifying education listings.
  • Managing HR records including, résumés, applicant logs, and employee forms.
  • Issuing employment contracts and verifying completion.
  • Issuing new employees with on-boarding documents.
  • Conducting employee orientations.
  • Responding to HR-related queries within the company.
  • Maintaining employee confidentiality.
  • Managing employee leaves & off-boarding.
  • Proposing initiatives For employee engagement And team building.

Qualification

Any Four-Year Course Preferably Bachelor's degree in: HR , Business Administration or relevant
