Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years HR Experience.
- Knowledge of database software, email systems, and office software

- Proven experience as a Headhunter, Recruiter or similar
- Advanced knowledge of sourcing platforms (Upwork, Linkedin etc)
- Familiarity with HR databases and tools (Bamboo HR, others)
- Proficiency with required Microsoft tools (powerpoint, word, excel, etc.)
- Proficiency with required Web Conferencing & online collaboration tools
- Excellent administration skills

Responsibilities
- Communicating with potential job candidates.
- Contacting candidate references and verifying education listings.
- Managing HR records including, résumés, applicant logs, and employee forms.
- Issuing employment contracts and verifying completion.
- Issuing new employees with on-boarding documents.
- Conducting employee orientations.
- Responding to HR-related queries within the company.
- Maintaining employee confidentiality.
- Managing employee leaves & off-boarding.
- Proposing initiatives For employee engagement And team building.
Qualification
Any Four-Year Course Preferably Bachelor's degree in: HR , Business Administration or relevant
