We are looking for a talented Sales Manager with proven track record of sales and business development to join our team at Simcoe IT. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads and closing deals with clients for our web application and mobile application development services.
- Generate business for web and mobile application development projects through various channels such as social media, email campaigns, freelancing platforms and networking events.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and potential clients to ensure a strong pipeline of business opportunities.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our services to potential clients.
- Work collaboratively with the development team to create project proposals for clients.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Develop and execute sales strategy to meet monthly / quarterly / yearly sales targets.
- Ensure execution of all online marketing campaigns to meet/exceed assigned sales targets.
- Present Sales Performance Dashboard to senior Management.
- 3 years of relevant experience in sales in IT industry.
- A proven track record of generating target based business.
- A solid understanding of web and mobile application development processes and technologies.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong collaboration with all internal teams; for effective and efficient executions.
- Thorough exposure of business management (sales target oriented approach), people management, customer-servicing, execution of online campaigns.
- Top-notch communication and presentation skills along with strong grip on CRM systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- A strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
