About the Role:

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Marketer to manage and grow our social media presence across all major platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, content creation, and audience engagement strategies.

Preferred:

• Experience with paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Familiarity with influencer outreach and collaboration

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy
• Create engaging content (text, image, and video) tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Manage and schedule daily posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies based on analytics
• Grow followers, engagement, and reach organically and through paid campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to align social media with overall branding and goals
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role
• Strong portfolio of previous campaigns or social media accounts managed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in social media tools and analytics platforms
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and content optimization
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
