Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns for B2B clients
• Generate high-quality leads using LinkedIn, email outreach, Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance platforms
• Build and manage lead pipelines using automation tools (Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, etc.)
• Understand target markets and craft personalized outreach strategies
• Report weekly metrics and performance of campaigns
• Communicate clearly with international clients and team members
• Collaborate with internal team for client projects and outreach campaigns

Requirements

2+ years experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing and lead generation

Strong background on freelance platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, etc.

Knowledge of cold outreach tools and techniques

Fluent in English (written and spoken) — strong client communication is a must

Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks

Must understand how to target businesses, do outreach, and close deals
