Preesoft Pvt Ltd seeks a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and email marketing to generate leads and secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation:
  • Identify and engage potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and other online platforms.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by researching and contacting prospects.
  1. Proposal Writing:
  • Craft compelling proposals and bids tailored to client requirements on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  1. Email Marketing:
  • Created and executed email marketing campaigns to reach out to potential clients.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client queries and concerns.

Market Research:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Provide insights and strategies to improve business development efforts.

Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress reports.
  • Present regular updates to management on key performance metrics.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in business development or a similar role, preferably in IT or software services.
  • Platforms Expertise: Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and email marketing tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze market trends and client needs to propose effective solutions.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software development processes and industry terminologies is a plus.
