The role involves calling UK landlords, agents, and property managers to offer our compliance certification services (EPCs, EICRs, Fire Safety Checks, etc.). This is a key role in driving growth and maintaining high-quality client relationships.

• Make outbound calls to prospective UK-based clients to introduce services
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for field engineers or sales follow-up
• Maintain daily call targets and conversion KPIs
• Update CRM with accurate call logs and lead statuses
• Build rapport with decision-makers and develop client trust
• Handle objections professionally and promote service value confidently
• Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to streamline lead flow

• Prior experience in UK-based sales or outbound calling is a must
