Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with potential and existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the transportation and logistics industry. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and contribute to the company's overall success.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the trucking and logistics industry.
  • Build strong relationships with shippers, carriers, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Present and promote our dispatch services to prospective clients through meetings, calls, and emails.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role, preferably in the transportation, logistics, or trucking industry.
  • Strong understanding of truck dispatch operations and the logistics landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
