🔹 Job Overview:

We are looking for a confident and experienced Female Manager to oversee our female sales team, manage daily operations, ensure achievement of sales targets, and maintain direct reporting to the CEO. The ideal candidate must be strict when required, responsible, and capable of handling confidential matters with professionalism.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Manage, guide, and supervise the female sales staff.

Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.

Maintain and update daily sales and attendance sheets.

Report directly to the CEO with daily updates.

Handle internal issues, conflicts, or behavioral concerns discreetly.

Share confidential matters and staff feedback with the CEO.

Monitor team performance and enforce discipline when needed.

🔹 Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).

2+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Female candidates only.

Trustworthy and highly organized.

🕒 Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday

💰 Salary: Based on experience + performance-based bonuses.
