Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, Music, Theater, Dance, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in a related field (preferred but not required).
- Strong knowledge of art history, theory, and contemporary artistic movements.
- Ability to create a positive, engaging, and creative classroom environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to assess and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching students of varying skill levels.
- Familiarity with educational technologies and digital tools for the arts (e.g., art software, digital music tools, virtual learning platforms).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in organizing art exhibitions, theater productions, or performances.
- Knowledge of integrating technology into the arts classroom (e.g., digital art creation, music production software, virtual performances).
- Certification in art education or teaching.
- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs and abilities.
