*Fundraising Manager/Executives* Life Hospital, a renowned healthcare facility, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Fundraising Manager to lead and execute its fundraising initiatives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference in healthcare and possess strong networking and communication skills.
*Key Responsibilities:* 1. Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to achieve hospital goals. 2. Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and corporate partners. 3. Organize and manage fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives. 4. Identify potential funding opportunities and prepare grant proposals. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling fundraising materials. 6. Maintain accurate records of donors and ensure timely acknowledgment and follow-up.
Requirements:* * Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, preferably in the healthcare sector. * Proven track record of successful fundraising campaigns and achieving targets. * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
