General Manager – Dairy Outlet [Job ID: 2111815641]

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the operations of our dairy outlet located near Barkat Market, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing coffee or bakery brands, along with excellent leadership, customer service, and operational management skills.

• Build, train, and lead a high-performing outlet team.
• Oversee daily operations, including sales, inventory, cash management, and staff supervision.
• Maintain optimum stock levels and coordinate effectively with suppliers.
• Ensure strict hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards.
• Guarantee the quality, presentation, and freshness of all dairy products.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Supervise and manage home delivery operations to ensure timely and satisfactory service.
• Analyze outlet performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements for efficiency and profitability.

Preferred Qualities:

• Hands-on approach with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A customer-first mindset with a proactive attitude.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• 4–5 years of proven experience in managing a coffee shop, bakery, or similar F&B outlet is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer handling skills.
• Sound knowledge of inventory control and outlet management systems.
• Must be 25 years or older.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
