Description

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and experienced HR & Admin Manager to join our team at the Head Office in Lahore. This pivotal role is crucial in managing our human resources functions and ensuring smooth, efficient, and well-maintained administrative operations across both our Head Office and Karachi Office. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with a strong understanding of HR best practices and a proven ability to lead administrative functions, providing essential support and supervision to our existing Admin Executive

Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead hiring process and facilitate smooth induction.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns to foster a positive work culture.
  • Performance Management: Support performance reviews and improvement plans.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll, medical insurance, and children’s school fee support.
  • HR Compliance: Maintain and update HR policies in line with local labor laws.
  • Training & Development: Identify and arrange staff training programs.
  • HR Records: Ensure accurate, confidential employee recordkeeping.


Administration:

  • Office Operations: Oversee cleanliness, maintenance, and daily operations in Lahore & Karachi offices.
  • Team Management: Supervise Admin Executive and support staff for smooth functioning.
  • Vendor Management: Maintain service standards through vendor coordination.
  • Facilities Management: Monitor office assets, CCTV systems, and infrastructure.
  • Procurement: Manage office purchases cost-effectively.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic travel as needed.
  • Documentation: Ensure organized filing and archiving of records.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
  • Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and bilingual fluency (English & Urdu).
  • Discreet handling of confidential information.
