Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist with various administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR functions and contributing to a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and onboarding materials.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Support the payroll process by ensuring accurate attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate employee training sessions and development programs.
- Assist in organizing company events and initiatives to promote employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
