Description

Job Responsibilities:

1.    Identify and target potential clients who can benefit from our platform's recruitment and hiring capabilities.

2.    Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our platform.

3.    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions.

4.    Recruit candidates for clients by identifying suitable profiles, conducting interviews, and aligning candidates with client requirements.

5.    Work on job postings, ensuring they are compelling, SEO-optimized, and accurately reflect the role and client expectations.

6.    Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for client roles.

7.    Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to provide innovative and effective solutions for clients.

8.    Monitor recruitment metrics and client satisfaction to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.


Requirements:

1.    Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle.

2.    Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client engagement and candidate assessment.

3.    Ability to identify and understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.

4.    Proficiency in recruitment tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.

5.    Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
