About Us: Rehab Accomplished is a top home health staffing agency, virtual assistant provider, and outpatient billing service with 250+ therapists and contracts with 100+ home health agencies. Night Shift Onsite Job for HR/Payroll Hours: 730pm to 4:30am
Responsibilities
Accounting: 1. Process invoices from agencies, ensuring accurate records in QuickBooks. 2. Maintain accounts receivables and payables, ensuring timely payments and collections. 3. Manage monthly accounts and ensure all financial records are up to date. 4. Follow up on outstanding invoices through emails and calls to ensure timely resolution. 5. Regularly update Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and other accounting-related sheets. 6. Maintain accurate QuickBooks records and ensure smooth financial operations. 7. Expert in QuickBooks Payroll and HR Administration: 1. Process payroll for therapists and ensure timely and accurate disbursements. 2. Send onboarding emails to new hires and follow up as needed to ensure timely completion of all documentation. 3. Authenticate and process received documents, create Kinnser accounts, and send credentials to new hires. 4. Track document expiration dates and follow up with employees for updated paperwork. 5. Ensure all received documents are updated and properly stored, particularly in Google Drive. 6. Update relevant spreadsheets and records, as required, especially those prepared by the Office Manager. Additional Responsibilities: Perform any other duties as assigned by the Office Manager, as required to support the smooth running of the office.
