Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Work with mortgage lenders, inspectors, and attorneys to ensure a smooth closing process.

Market Research & Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and real estate laws.
  • Provide clients with insights on pricing, investment potential, and financing options.

Administrative & Compliance Work:

  • Maintain proper documentation and records for all transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and company policies.
