Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Saturday: Alternate Saturdays Off

Job Overview:

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and results-driven Female Outbound Sales Executive to join our team in Karachi. This role involves reaching out to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and closing sales over the phone. It’s ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for building customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Pitch and promote company products and services effectively
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain a database of customer information and call records
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Handle objections professionally and persuasively
• Build and maintain positive client relationships
• Provide feedback on customer trends and market insights

Requirements:

• Gender: Female
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
• Languages: Proficient in English and Urdu
• Experience: Sales or CSR experience preferred (not mandatory)
