Description

We are looking for motivated and energetic Outdoor Sales Officers to join our team for a leading Washing Powder Brand. This is a commission-based field sales role ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy meeting daily targets. The role involves visiting local markets, retail shops, and areas including Multan Road, Thokar Niaz Baig, Badami Bagh, and surroundings of UET Lahore to promote and sell our products. You’ll be responsible for generating sales, maintaining customer relationships, and reporting daily visits and sales performance. If you have strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and previous experience in FMCG field sales, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Actively visit assigned retail shops, local markets, and distributors to promote and sell washing powder products.
• Ensure daily achievement of assigned sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with shopkeepers and local retailers to drive repeat sales.
• Accurately report daily visits, sales figures, and customer feedback to the supervisor.
• Promote company products by highlighting features and benefits.
• Handle objections and negotiate pricing/commission where necessary.
• Provide insights on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Matriculation (Intermediate Preferred)
• Experience: 1–2 years in field sales (FMCG experience is a plus)
• Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Other: Own transport is preferred (fuel costs may be self-managed)
• Must be comfortable working on a commission-only structure and achieving daily targets.
