Description

We are hiring a Project Manager who will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients derive maximum value from our services. This full-time role, scheduled from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, involves actively engaging with clients to understand their needs, providing exceptional support, and fostering long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and ensure their needs are being met.

• Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our services.

• Provide training sessions to educate clients on our tools and methodologies, enhancing their engagement and success.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.

• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to clients, ensuring transparency and alignment.

• Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement in our services.

• Work with internal teams to implement changes that enhance client satisfaction and outcomes.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and project details using our CRM system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Administration, or a related field.

• 3 years of experience in client success, account management, or a similar client-facing role for client based in US, AUSTRALIA or CANADA.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

• Prior experience handling

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is MUST

• Familiarity with the construction industry and project management principles is a plus.

• Excellent English language (spoken and written) is MUST have.
