We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing expert product knowledge, and delivering an outstanding sales experience.
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Follow up with potential clients and maintain long-term relationships. Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized sales area. Record customer information and update sales reports
Proven experience as a Sales Advisor or in a similar sales role (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions. Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.).
