Job Description We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our client acquisition and marketing efforts. This is a multitasking role where you’ll be responsible for promoting both our web and mobile development services for clients and our own digital products. You’ll work closely with the CEO and development team to align sales and marketing efforts with the agency’s goals. Key Responsibilities: Sales: Prospect and generate leads for our web and mobile development services and digital products. Reach out to potential clients and customers via email, calls, LinkedIn, and other channels. Conduct sales presentations and demos to showcase our capabilities and products. Close deals and negotiate contracts for both services and products. Close deals on the freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer) Build and maintain strong client and customer relationships for repeat business. Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote both our services and products. Manage our website, social media channels, and online presence. Create engaging content (e.g., blog posts, case studies, testimonials, product tutorials) to showcase our expertise and product value. Run digital marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to generate leads for services and drive product sales. Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics. Business Development: Identify new opportunities and partnerships to grow both our services and products. Research potential markets and industries to target for client projects and product adoption. Customer Relationship Management: Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) to manage leads, client interactions, and product customer relationships. Ensure client and customer satisfaction and follow up for feedback or referral. What We’re Looking For: 2–4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in a tech or agency environment. Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and running successful marketing campaigns. Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written). Basic understanding of web and mobile development to communicate effectively with clients and the development team. Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM software. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
