Job Overview:

We are seeking a competitive and goal-oriented Sales Executive to help us expand our customer base and boost revenue. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calling and outbound sales to generate qualified leads.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound leads and referrals.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 6 months to 1 year of sales experience (IT or medical billing sales is a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Comfortable working night shifts .
