Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive – Pharmaceutical Machinery who will be responsible for overseeing the complete sales process, execution, and business development within the pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in sales, particularly in pharmaceutical machinery, and possess strong leadership, negotiation, and execution skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Identify potential clients, build relationships, and manage key accounts in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Ensure smooth execution of sales operations, including order processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales service.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper product knowledge and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market demands to provide strategic insights.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the management.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for pharmaceutical machinery sales.
- Handle negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract finalization with clients.
Requirements
- MBA in Sales/Marketing or a relevant field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, specifically in pharmaceutical machinery.
