Description
We are looking for a high-performing Sales executive to lead our sales team and help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for maximizing sales potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to senior management.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Requirements
Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales executive or similar role. Track record of achieving sales targets. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
